1. Press CTL-Shift-I (that's the letter I, not number 1). This will open a panel in the browser, as shown here:
   
2. If the panel opens within the brower, then undock it.
   • Click on the three-dot symbol
   • Select the symbol shown highlighted in Blue
   
3. Select Console from the top menu bar. If an error has occurred in the JavaScript code, diagnostic data
   should show up here to tell us about it. Take a snapshot of anything you see interesting here and send it
   to us at support@itowndesign.com

These instructions work in both Chrome and Edge.
